Ricardos resa in i naturutbildning började 1985 som rådgivare sommarläger, och utökade sin egen vildmarksfärdighetsträning som fortsätter idag. Under de senaste 35 åren har han lett, undervisat, regisserat och faciliterat program i sommarläger, dagslånga workshops, intensiva utbildningar, efterskoleprogram och festivaler, för att nämna några.
Han har varit en förespråkare för att få våra ungdomar att kopplas till naturen och han har också utbildat personal varje år för sina egna program och läger också. -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
Han tillför en mängd kunskap som vunnits genom årtionden av erfarenhet, och han tycker om att hjälpa andra att få fördelarna och bygga sina egna unikt inspirerade program.
