Ricardo's reis naar natuureducatie begon in 1985 als zomerkampbegeleider, waarmee hij zijn eigen training in wildernisvaardigheden aanvulde die vandaag de dag nog steeds voortduurt. In de afgelopen 35 jaar heeft hij programma's geleid, onderwezen, geregisseerd en gefaciliteerd in zomerkampen, daglange workshops, intensieve trainingen, naschoolse programma's en festivals, om er maar een paar te noemen.
Hij is een pleitbezorger geweest om onze jeugd in contact te brengen met de natuur en hij heeft ook elk jaar personeel opgeleid voor zijn eigen programma's en kampen. _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
Hij brengt een schat aan kennis met zich mee die hij verdiende door tientallen jaren ervaring, en hij helpt anderen graag om de voordelen te krijgen en hun eigen uniek geïnspireerde programma's op te bouwen. Hij geniet ervan om positieve mentorrelaties op te bouwen met iedereen die gepassioneerd is over het helpen van de wereld een betere plek te zijn.
