Il viaggio di Ricardo nell'educazione alla natura è iniziato nel 1985 come consulente di un campo estivo, aumentando la propria formazione sulle abilità nella natura selvaggia che continua ancora oggi. Negli ultimi 35 anni ha condotto, insegnato, diretto e facilitato programmi in campi estivi, workshop di un giorno, corsi di formazione intensivi, programmi di doposcuola e festival, solo per citarne alcuni.
