A Live Online Course Starting October 3rd, 2024
Learn the Skills of Transformation
Whether you are an experienced educator with decades on the front lines or a first year summer camp counselor, this program will help you design and create powerful, transformative experiences for your students.
Each live session features a spotlight on aspects of Forest Education, with attention given to how it applies to your unique needs as an educator, in your own educational setting such as a classroom, field program, museum or public park.
We make time for your specific questions during each session, and share a recording for repeated listening/watching.

"Working with Ricardo is one of the most inspiring and instructive experiences I have ever done. To say that he puts out 110% while mentoring is an understatement. His passion to share his experience and knowledge is so contagious that you leave each session bursting with enthusiasm, hope, ideas and plans. If you get stuck in your process, Ricardo is always available to help you through to the next step. This personal attention is worth it's weight in gold."

The Forest Educator programs are where I am sharing the formula or 'recipe' we have used at Hawk Circle for over 33 years, to achieve powerful results for children, teens & adults. This formula works because it follows the natural patterns of our ancestor's connection with the natural world for hundrends of thousands of years. It offers tools for transformation, mental health, creativity and leadership, all things that educators everywhere can use right now."

How do I know if I am going to be a good fit for this program? If you are an educator or program director or founder who wants to see your work grow in terms of impact, income and ease of delivery will benefit from this program. It will set you up to see improvements immediately as well as in the long run, so you can do what you love easier and better. If you are unsure and would like a 'no-obligation' consult to discuss your program needs and details, please contact Ricardo at RicardoSierra@foresteducator.com and we can find a good time to talk and answer your questions.

Why are there three time choices for the live workshop sessions?Great question! The workshop sessions are times where we can work on our businesses, together, while we are on zoom. This will allow us to complete our worksheets, update our websites, design our Facebook Post graphics, work on program budgets, etc. and get feedback and ideas from each other. One of the biggest problems with online business coaching programs is that it can be easy to get busy, have 'life' get in the way, and then fall behind in the coursework or attending the sessions/watch the recordings. Sometimes this happens because we actually have higher priority issues come up, and other times, it's because we are unconsciously afraid to move forward in our work for a number of reasons. We have three different times, because I know that it might not be ideal to have just one option. You can pick the morning, afternoon or evening sessions, and I may be adding a fourth option for those people who are attending from overseas. These sessions are 'workshops', with an emphasis on 'working' on our stuff so we don't get stuck and spin our wheels and delay making timely decisions. You'll be able to move through the course material on your own, of course, and it's fine if you choose to do so, but I am committed to making your success a priority so you can get things done, not procrastinate or fall behind!

What if I only have a couple of areas where I need help?If you know your main issues is getting your website optimized, or crafting a 'signature program' put together, and you don't feel like you need some of the other modules, that's fine. My suggestion in that case, is for you to still attend the live program sessions every other week, so you can understand why they are important and maybe still pick up some ideas or learn a few things that might help you in other areas. Each of the session/modules work 'synergistically' with the others, so it is well worth your time to make sure you have the strongest foundation possible so you can achieve your goals. If you want to skip some of the workshop sessions, for those parts that you feel good about, that is okay! You will still have access to the recordings, and all worksheets, templates and other resources if you need them at a later date!

Do I need to have five years of experience or can I participate as a first time entrepreneur? The short answer to this is, you don't need any previous experience at all to get a TON of value from this program. However, having some experience doing the tasks of a business leader can help, because you may have questions that have come up during your work that we can discuss and solve. If you are just getting started, though, this is a great course that can help you get off to a great start and get up and running with a minimum of issues and stress.
